Automart ("we", "us") is a Maldives-based marketplace where users list vehicles and boats for sale or rent, and where parts dealers and garages list their services. Automart is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and service providers — we are not a party to any transaction between them.
You sign up using your Maldives mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, post abusive content, or otherwise harm the platform.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of everything they list. Photos, descriptions, prices, and contact details must be honest. We review listings before they go live but we cannot guarantee the condition or legitimacy of any vehicle, boat, business, or service shown on the platform.
Banner advertisements are sold to advertisers separately. We review every ad creative before it's shown. We may reject ads that are misleading or that violate any applicable law.
Listing and advertisement fees are processed by the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly on BML's secure hosted checkout and never touch Automart's servers. All transactions are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
The price you see at checkout is the total you'll be charged. Listings and ads remain visible for the duration shown on the package you selected; expired listings can be republished as a fresh purchase.
Automart is a Maldives-domestic marketplace. It does not facilitate cross-border shipping, import, or export of goods. Any customs duties, import restrictions, or legal requirements for the items you transact are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved.
Buyers can review garages and parts dealers based on their own experience. Reviews must reflect genuine interactions. We moderate reported reviews and remove ones that breach our policies (harassment, spam, false claims).
Automart provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Maldivian law, we are not liable for losses arising from any transaction between buyers and sellers, nor for inaccuracies in user-submitted listings. Disputes between users are the responsibility of those users to resolve.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site. By continuing to use Automart after a change, you accept the updated terms.
